This collection of familygrams has been provided by Kurt Stevengen.  They were collected by his parents during the period March 1981 through March 1986.  That would include the period between REEVES' arrival in Yokosuka for forward deployment, to the period after REEVES' historic visit to China.

They were written during the commands of CAPT James W. Egerton, CAPT Jerry Smith, CAPT James Weber, and CAPT George Chappell.

Notes from citation and awards ceremonies, and promotions are in each edition.  A fairly detailed history of ship's movements, port visits and other fleet activities are also included.  This is a treasure trove of reading. And, they are all printable.

Kurt Stuvengen and Charles Elkins have provided copies for the Association's archives.

The documents have been scanned and saved as PDFs.
