If you wish to just pay dues without submitting or resubmitting an application form by snail mail, please use the "Pay Dues" button below. The database is large enough to figure out your rate or rank, rating and service time on board. Please be sure to include your email address in the Authorize.net form. Also note that the payment form at Authorize.net shows units of purchase. In our case, this means years of dues payment. One year equals $20. Five years equals $100...or anything in between or beyond (...and is really, really welcome).

Otherwise, please click on the application form link. Complete as many fields as you might desire, and mail a check with the completed form to the Association at the address provided.

If you are renewing or signing up for the first time, you also have the option of paying your dues by credit card.

At this time, we are only accepting credit card payments through VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
